Common Ground

This message starts with a reading of the Preface and Forward of C. S. Lewis’s book “Mere Christianity”

We have numerous Christian Denominations proclaiming Jesus Christ as our Savior and much separates our ways of worship, doctrines, and proclamations or statements of faith.  Here we are looking at what unites and binds us together in this brief study based on scripture.

[Jhn 10:27 NKJV] "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.

[Jhn 10:28 NKJV] "And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.

[Jhn 10:29 NKJV] "My Father, who has given [them] to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch [them] out of My Father's hand.

[Jhn 10:30 NKJV] "I and [My] Father are one."

[Jhn 17:20 NKJV] "I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word;
